Club Facilities
Club Rooms
The Club Rooms are equipped with a small kitchen and bathroom facilities, an instructors room and a briefing room. The Clubrooms are staffed by a rostered Duty Pilot each and every weekend when there are flying operations planned and booked.
Club Hangars
The Albatross Aero Club has two hangars allocated to it at the southern edge of the Naval Air Station Nowra airfield. Our hangars are formerly VietNam war era flat pack hangars which have served the Club since its inception in the 1980s/4
Club Fuel Tank and Dispenser
Albatross Aero Club runs its own fuel tank and dispenser for AVGAS 100 fuel. Fuel is not available for general sale nor is access to the airfield allowed for non Club aircraft (See ERSA restrictions and rules for entering NAS Nowra)

Located at ground level in the northwestern corner of the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Albatross Road, Nowra Hill.

Recreational Pilots Licence (RPL)
An RPL lets you fly a light, single-engine aircraft up to 1500kg within 25 nautical miles of the departure airport as the pilot in command, without supervision.
Private Pilots Licence (PPL)
A PPL includes training in navigation and operations in controlled airspace, allowing you to fly anywhere in Australia.
